Order processing

We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times

• Shipping within Colombia: approximately 5 to 12 business days.
• Shipping to the United States and the rest of the world: approximately 7 to 20 business days, depending on destination and customs.

These times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (customs, holidays, carrier delays).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can check your shipment's status.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost (if any) is shown during checkout, before you confirm your order.

Customs and import duties
