We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is our returns and refunds policy.

Return window

You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to request a return

Contact us through the Contact section with your order number and reason for the return. We'll confirm the next steps and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process the refund to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Defective or incorrect products

If your NebulaBeam arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within the first 7 days with photos of the product: we'll send you a new one or refund the full amount, including shipping.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns of used products, products damaged by misuse, or after the 30-day window.
